Privacy Policy
This policy covers the CRD Marketing 24-Hour Webinar Blueprint funnel. It explains what we collect when you visit the page, request the blueprint, apply for the free webinar build, or book a call.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, phone number, your industry (requests before September 25, 2026 gave a monthly revenue range instead), audience size, offer details, webinar history, and application answers.
- Booking information: the time and details of a Calendly call you choose to schedule.
- Site and campaign information: page visits, referrer, URL campaign tags, Facebook click ID, browser identifiers, IP address, and device/browser information used to operate the funnel and measure advertising.
- Instagram interactions: if you comment on a Reel and use the ManyChat flow, that service processes the comment and direct-message interaction.
How we use it
- Send the blueprint access link and related follow-up email through Kit.
- Determine which blueprint delivery route and application page to show you.
- Review your application, manage a call you book, and, where appropriate, personally call or text you about your blueprint request or free webinar-build application. You agree to this when you enter your phone number on the opt-in form.
- Keep a CRM record, notify the CRD Marketing owner about qualified leads and bookings, prevent abuse, and measure which campaign brought a request.
- Send a qualified-lead conversion event to Meta for advertising measurement. The server event includes hashed contact information; hashing does not make it anonymous to Meta.
We do not run an automated prospect text-message workflow in this funnel. Any text you receive about your request is a personal message from Colin Dean. The phone notifications generated by the funnel go to the CRD Marketing owner, not to prospects.
Services involved
We use Vercel to host the pages; Supabase for the CRM; Kit for email; Calendly for booking; Skool for community access; ManyChat for Instagram comment/DM delivery; Vimeo for videos; Meta for page-view and qualified-lead measurement; and a notification provider for owner alerts. Each service receives information needed for its role. When you join Skool or book with Calendly, those services also handle information under their own privacy notices.
Meta tracking and browser choices
The Meta Pixel records page views before we know whether a visitor qualifies. A Lead conversion is sent only after a qualifying opt-in has been accepted by our CRM and email system. We also use Meta's Conversions API for that qualified event. Your browser and Meta account settings may offer controls over cookies and ad personalization. This site does not currently respond to a browser Do Not Track signal.
Email and phone choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in those messages. If you do not want a personal follow-up call or text, reply STOP to a text, tell us when we call, or contact us at the address below. We will record and honor that request. Booking a Calendly call does not enroll you in prospect text messages.
Retention and security
We keep funnel and CRM records for as long as needed to deliver the blueprint, manage applications and bookings, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. The pages use HTTPS, and CRM access is handled through server-side credentials. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit use of your personal information. Send a request to the contact below and include the email you used for the funnel so we can locate the record. We may need to verify that the request is yours before acting.
